Mid-Week Haiku

November 18, 2015

.

someday a fortune

yet a tussock-turned ankle

will still hurt like hell

~

Ben Ledi dwarfs the town

stone brow riven with wisdom –

a cloud-shadow kiss

~

terrified delight

green spider on trampoline –

thwack, gone, kiddies grin

~

busts under glass domes

rain rattles leaded panes

old men at chess

.
